Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $75!
Framed maps are created and shipped via UPS Ground from our Minnesota studio within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary.
Framed Maps: please refer to the UPS Map below for UPS quoted transit times.
All other products ship USPS - Click here for more info.
Please note that the day your order ships is not counted as a transit day.

Please note that we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
Due to the size of Framed Maps, additional shipping charges apply to orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska and are noted at checkout.
Due to the size of the maps, expedited shipping can cost more than the map itself. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. You will have the opportunity to confirm your personalized order several times before completing your transaction to be sure that it is exactly the way you want it.
Unopened non-personalized products may be returned with your receipt within 30 days for a full refund.
We’ll credit your account if you paid by credit card — with no restocking fee. Simply email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-888-821-0151 to notify us of the return. Then return your purchase (due to free shipping at the time of purchase, return shipping is customer's expense) in salable condition with the original packaging and your receipt or packing slip. Any return without a receipt is subject to verification.
